Sometimes, our clients prefer to manage the recruitment process themselves. In such cases, we support them by providing quality assurance of final candidates through a competency-based and objective evaluation.

 

The second opinion process begins with a meeting with the hiring manager and HR to gain a comprehensive understanding of the job requirements and define the evaluation criteria for the candidates. Each candidate is assessed based on the qualities and skills outlined in the job profile.

 

A tailored testing package is then created, typically including: a personality test, a logical problem-solving test, and a tool to explore the candidate’s values. Additionally, we can specific skills such as numerical or verbal abilities, depending on the role’s requirements.

 

Candidates complete the tests and then meet with our assessment consultant for an in-depth interview to discuss the results. The findings, along with the consultant’s recommendations, are presented to the hiring manager and HR.

 

This process provides the hiring manager with a comprehensive and independent perspective to support decision-making. It also adds value for the candidates, offering them a detailed evaluation of their qualifications and skills
