A tailored leadership development program
What was the challenge?
The challenge was to support KPMG’s consultants at Onsite Solutions in preparing for the role of the future CFO, a rapidly evolving role that demands both leadership skills and strategic acumen.
What was the solution?
In collaboration with KPMG Onsite Solutions, we developed a leadership development program that combined leadership training with external mentorship. Three external mentors, carefully selected senior CFOs from Novare’s network, supported the participants throughout the program. During the sessions, we discussed the future CFO role, self-leadership, communication, and change management.
What was the result?
The result was that participants gained new tools, inspiration, and increased self-awareness in their roles. They also expanded their networks and felt re-energized for continued development.
Novare provided us with a tailored leadership program that combined lectures, practical exercises, case studies, and mentorship from senior CFOs. The program balanced hard and soft topics, focusing on both leadership development and equipping us with the tools to tackle the future challenges of CFOs. Novare was attentive to our needs throughout the program. Before each module, we were prepared with pre-work, which set the stage for productive dialogues during the sessions. Discussions on trends were paired with a deeper understanding of self-leadership, communication, and change management. Additionally, the program strengthened our cohesion and sense of team spirit.
