Oskar Elfner is Program Director at Novare Leadership, helping leaders translate strategic direction into clear priorities, better decisions and everyday action. He designs and leads development programmes for senior leaders and specialists, grounded in the challenges their businesses face.
His work explores how AI is reshaping leadership and ways of working, and how leaders can use it to create tangible business value. Central to his approach is The Human Layer: judgment, presence and trust. These human capabilities need to be developed as deliberately as technical expertise.
Drawing on experience as both an internal leader and a consultant, Oskar has worked with organisations including Hyper Island, Accenture Song, Pfizer and Nike. He combines strategy, culture and communication with practical learning that helps leaders change how they lead, collaborate and move their businesses forward.
