Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your leadership or mentor program free of charge up to 6 weeks before the program start.

Rescheduling
If you want to reschedule your program to a later date, we charge a rescheduling fee of 20% of the program price if you reschedule with less than 6 weeks remaining until the program start. You can also choose to transfer your spot to another person within the same company at no cost, provided that Novare Leadership Academy first ensures that the person is qualified for the program.
You can cancel or reschedule your leadership or mentor program free of charge up to 6 weeks before the program start.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel the program entirely, it will cost 50% of the program price up to 14 days before the start, and then 75% of the program price up to 7 days before the start. After that, the full fee will be charged.
