We Approach the Recruitment Process in Six Steps:
Proactivity
Long before you, as a client, even recognize your own need, we’ve already prepared to match it with the right profile. We actively participate in relevant forums, networks, digital channels, and informal meetings.
We continually develop our network and, through ongoing market analysis and staying attuned to industry trends, we’ve gained a broad understanding of many areas. We specialize particularly in our focus areas: HR, Marketing, Finance, and Administration.
Analysis
A kickoff meeting or workshop typically involves an in-depth discussion about the assignment, culminating in the development of the candidate profile and job description. The profile includes a description of the company, the position’s overall responsibilities and objectives, as well as the required experience and personal qualities of the candidate.
Search/Advertising/Networking
In our efforts to find suitable candidates, we use both advertising and targeted search. We conduct a thorough analysis of relevant industries and adjacent sectors. We search our own database as well as available platforms such as LinkedIn. Additionally, we leverage our extensive network to identify candidates who are a great fit for your company and the position you are filling.
The Novare Group collectively meets with more than 3,000 candidates annually. This extensive network provides us with a broad platform of expertise for our assignments. We also reach out to our candidates and networks for referrals, enabling us to identify candidates who may not be registered on publicly available platforms.
We conduct an initial progress review one to two weeks after the kickoff meeting, followed by weekly updates throughout the process. If you have internal candidates or candidates from your own sources, they will be seamlessly integrated into the process to ensure the optimal selection of the final candidate.
Interview
We begin with phone interviews for an initial selection of candidates, followed by in-depth interviews with shortlisted individuals. Each candidate is then assessed for suitability based on the agreed-upon job requirements.
Candidate Presentation
Partnering with us significantly eases the recruitment process. Once you sign the proposal, you’ll receive weekly status updates but won’t need to focus on the process until the agreed-upon delivery date. At that point, we’ll present 2 to 3 carefully selected candidates tailored to your needs. Reference checks are always conducted for the final candidate to ensure the highest quality of our work.
Follow-Up
Our commitment doesn’t end with the recruitment process. As part of our standard practice, we conduct a follow-up within three months to ensure that all parties are satisfied. This step helps confirm that the placement aligns with initial expectations and fosters a long-term match. Additionally, we gather feedback on the process to continuously optimize and improve based on the experiences of both clients and candidates.
For consultant placements, it’s a given that we maintain an ongoing dialogue with the consultant from day one. Novare Interim & Recruitment works closely with its consultants, providing coaching and support throughout the assignment. This allows us to quickly address questions and ideas, offering further consultative support to the organization as needed.
High-Volume Recruitment
High-volume recruitment is designed to efficiently manage large numbers of candidates during the hiring process. If you, as a client, need to hire multiple people simultaneously, this approach ensures the process runs smoothly and effectively.
We offer tailored support for scenarios such as trainee programs or when there’s a high demand for similar profiles. For these projects, we provide a dedicated recruitment consultant and a standardized process, which can be customized to suit your specific needs.
