Sofia has been working with consulting and recruitment solutions since 2010, with a background at Proffice and EY.

She joined Novare Interim & Recruitment in 2019, where she is also a co-owner and a member of the company’s management team. Sofia has a strong commercial focus on the business and leads a team.

Sofia holds a bachelor’s degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in the USA, earned in 2008.
