Richard has the overall responsibility for leading and developing the interim business at Novare Interim & Recruitment.

With 15 years of experience in consulting and recruitment solutions, Richard has previously managed teams and served on leadership boards. His expertise spans various sectors, contributing to the design and implementation of successful strategies for interim solutions.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University.
