Full-Time Job as a Consultant

There are many reasons to choose a career as a consultant. Working as a consultant through Novare Interim & Recruitment gives you the option to either be employed by us or invoice through your own company.

As an employee with us, we pay your salary, ensure you have insurance, and assign you a dedicated Consultant Manager who stays in regular contact with you. If you choose to start your own company, you’ll be responsible for your own insurance and employer responsibilities, invoicing us directly for your assignments.

In many cases, clients may be interested in offering you a direct employment opportunity. Before you start your assignment, we’ll inform you about the client’s intentions and needs so you’re fully aware of their expectations from the outset.

Get Hired Directly by a Company

Are you primarily interested in direct employment with an employer? We can help with that too! Novare Interim & Recruitment also facilitates direct hiring for companies, managing either the entire recruitment process or parts of it.

Typically, as recruiters, we create job descriptions, provide information about the position, conduct interviews, and oversee the entire process. A significant advantage for you as a candidate is that we regularly meet with numerous clients offering a wide variety of roles within your area of expertise. This allows us to be both consultative and proactive during the recruitment process.

We support you throughout the process, acting as a sounding board to address any questions or thoughts you may have.

When it comes time for an agreement, the prospective employer will handle the final stages, including presenting the offer, signing the contract, and arranging the start date.
