Nordic Strategy and Solutions is a group function that plays an important role in developing and implementing the long-term strategy, as well as accelerating the data and tech transformation of our businesses.
As Change Management Expert, you will be part of the Data & Analytics (D&A) Innovation unit, within the Nordic Strategy and Solutions department; and will directly contribute to a virtual D&A Transformation Office (Lighthouse teams operating under the Accelerator model).
You will support the overall transformation of the business by driving faster adoption of digitally enabled workflows in the business and higher utilization of the modern capabilities by the line organisations. Together with relevant stakeholders, you will develop an implementation roadmap for different user types and assume proactive responsibility in identifying potential roadblocks and associated mitigation measures.
Job description
As PostNord’s Change Management Expert, the scope is to assist Product Owners in driving adoption and implementation of identified changes that will create true value to the organization. To do so, you need to have the ability to understand existing workflows and to identify changes and challenges in changing these workflows.
You also need to be able to evaluate and ensure user readiness and to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Your work will include the following key aspects:
- Work closely with Business and Process SMEs to understand user requirements and analyze impact on business processes, people, and roles
- Understand existing workflows and identify changes and challenges in changing those workflows
- Develop pilot plans to change workflows and develop full roll-out plans
- Develop change management and business readiness plans
- Work on training, internal communication, and marketing with the wider business
- Use change management toolbox to develop change management assessments
- Support user testing of the whole process; identifying testing scenarios
- Leverage understanding of operational challenges & mitigation methods to effectively land change
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Coach multi-disciplinary team about change management principles and toolbox
We are looking for you who have
- Trained in using a coherent change management toolbox
- Change Management experience, preferably in digital and analytics related team settings and a well-developed understanding of agile processes
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in a business and technical environment
- Experienced in driving successful adoption in business and users
- Experience in understanding change needs related to digital and technology capabilities
- Relevant academic education within bussiness economics and/or engineering
- Fluent in speech and text, English and Swedish or Danish
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working in an accelerator model
- The role requires a few years of experience in similar work and the ability to understand drivers of the business and technical details, think innovatively, have analytical skills and the capacity to understand the big picture.
