Anna is a Partner and Senior Consultant, responsible for Novare Executive Search’s Industry & GreenTech team, where she recruits executives for companies in development and transformation phases, with a particular focus on the Energy Sector, Green Tech, and Sustainability. She has several years of leadership experience and often serves as a strategic recruitment partner to executives, management teams, and owners. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lund University.
