Anders has extensive experience in recruiting business leaders, senior executives, and board members. He is one of Sweden’s most experienced executive recruiters, first as founder and Partner at Alumni and since 2012 as a shareholder in Novare. Anders holds a degree in Business Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
