Our Process

To ensure we consistently meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, we have developed a process that is transparent, efficient, and client-focused. From the initial consultation to final delivery, we work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs.

Our process consists of five stages:

  • Needs analysis and requirements profile

In the initial phase, we conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure we fully understand your current situation, needs, and goals. We convey a clear picture of your organization and culture, which we use when engaging with candidates.

  • Planning

We always work in project teams, assigning multiple resources to each assignment, typically pairing a client manager with a recruiter. Team members are carefully selected based on their prior experience in the relevant industry and job fields related to the recruitment or staffing assignment.

  • How we attract candidates

We begin our work proactively, even before recruitment for employees or consultants formally starts. Novare Bemanning offers a competitive edge through our unique approach, which includes training packages for our consultants and tailored support from our recruitment consultants.

  • During the recruitment process

We conduct searches, advertise positions, hold interviews, perform reference checks, and administer tests upon request to match the right candidates to the role.

  • Follow-up

We maintain close relationships with our candidates, consultants, and clients, fostering an active feedback culture. Regular follow-ups are conducted based on a coaching-oriented approach.
