Novare Group is one of Sweden’s leading HR companies and was one of the successful suppliers in Kammarkollegiet’s 2021 procurement for office services — one of the largest contracts for staffing and interim solutions for white-collar roles in Sweden. This agreement became the launchpad for a major initiative in staffing, and our CEO, Martin Hellberg, was tasked with founding a new company within the group.
