Sofia is Head of Personnel at Novare Bemanning. In recent years, she has worked as a consultant manager, primarily within the public sector, at a large staffing company. Before that, she worked on HR matters within the education sector. Sofia holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Work, and Organization from Stockholm University. She has extensive experience recruiting for a wide range of positions in both the private and public sectors.
