OUR CULTURE
To succeed we put a tremendous value on working together for a culture that builds a sense of unity and engagement for our common goal. Together we have developed a set of values that define our relationships with our co-workers, clients, and candidates:
Take ownership: Is there anything better than working with a partner or colleague that just takes lead on things and gets the job done? Through knowledge and understanding of the bigger picture, you’ll be in good hands.
Be outrageously solution-oriented: We all face problems and challenges. To be solution-oriented, on the verge of outrageousness, means solving those problems time and time again. It means daring to challenge them through curiosity, and an ever-lasting will do better. So, why “outrageously” solution-oriented? Change isn’t easy and demands creativity, determination, flexibility, and mental stamina – not taking “no” for an answer when we know it’s possible.
Make it easy: There’s scientific evidence showing that if you want to change a certain behavior, it can be enough to just do things a little easier. To simplify, however, often requires you to have a good understanding of both the user and subject in question. For us, doing things easier means cutting to the core of the thing we collectively want to achieve or affect, and try to not overcomplicate the process. If it’s not easy, chances are it doesn’t get done.
Provide a fantastic service: The term ‘fantastic service’ is highly subjective. To be able to provide a fantastic service we must be curious and try to understand needs and expectations. Providing a fantastic service also means doing the unexpected, caring, and putting in an effort for someone else. If we can do those things, we can build strong relationships, and going to work each day becomes a whole lot more fun.
We are also a team filled with warmth. We like to have fun and laugh together. Each time we get someone a job a little disco ball lights up and a song starts playing at the office, and a little dance usually follows.
