We started Novare Potential with the insight that there are, and will be, a lot of people with the right competency and drive to meet the needs of employers, but there’s a lack of connection linking the two together.
The employer might not be visible in the channels facing those candidates, the foreign education and/or experience might seem hard to evaluate. Such situations can mean that the right talent for the job gets overlooked or missed.
For that reason, we have developed a method and process to:
- In collaboration with our clients clarify the competency requires for the assignment in question. Thereby we can question any habitual patterns that could hinder the selection of the best possible candidate for the job.
- We search for candidates through a large number of channels. One of our big success factors is our ability to find the right competency through our knowledge of multicultural marketing channels, not least the digital ones. Since we today can title ourselves as Sweden’s leading recruitment company for multicultural recruitments, many of our candidates also come straight to us.
- We follow along on the journey and make sure that the recruitment feels right for both parties. We often do this through our unique recruitment model.
