Hands-on tools for leadership

Stepping into leadership is an exciting opportunity for growth, but it also comes with new challenges — guiding teams, making decisions, and navigating uncertainty. Novare’s Learn to Lead program helps participants define their leadership, lead high-performing teams and drive change. You’ll engage with experienced leaders from Novare’s network, gain hands-on tools, develop a personal leadership plan, and broaden your perspective through company visits and dynamic group discussions.

For new managers & leaders

The program is designed for new or aspiring managers and specialists with approximately 5–15 years of professional experience. What participants share is the ambition to grow in their role — whether as a formal manager or an informal leader. Novare Learn to Lead is one of the few in-person leadership programs in Stockholm for new managers that is conducted in English. Each cohort is a dynamic group of 15–20 participants, contributing both Swedish and international perspectives.

Program start dates

The Novare Learn to Lead Program runs twice a year. In September, we form a group of participants from a broad mix of companies and industries. The February start is primarily aimed at new managers representing organizations within the Wallenberg ecosystem, with parts of the program content tailored to highlight perspectives relevant to this group. Our connection to the Wallenberg sphere comes through our parent company, Novare Human Capital, founded by Investor AB in 2001. Today, FAM is one of Novare’s co-owners.
