”It was an incredible few months journey that I embarked on together with a group of highly professional people who helped me get different perspectives and advance. I appreciate the diversity of topics within the program and broad range of inspirational guest speakers. But it all boils down to individual learnings depending on one’s current state. I take with me the realization of power of feedback, psychological safety as a catalyst for performing teams and good leadership, and finally ‘good enough for now – safe enough to try’ approach for efficient and balanced output either professionally or privately.”
