MENTOR
The mentors in Novare’s network are senior leaders with strong values, representing various sectors. They act as sounding boards by sharing their experiences to support your development—and to challenge you. The mentor can serve as a support or a friend, but also open their network and contacts to you as a mentee. Mentoring involves the transfer of knowledge from an experienced person to another; someone who provides advice, different perspectives, tools, and models.
Our matching with a mentor always starts from the mentee, considering your needs, preferences, and goals moving forward. You meet your mentor approximately 6-8 times over ten months, and you set the agenda for the meetings. At Novare Leadership Academy, we ensure that you have the keys for a fruitful mentoring relationship and follow up regularly. A mentoring relationship is built on mutual trust and can be a fantastic opportunity to be inspired by someone else’s path to success. In addition to mentoring, as a participant in Novare’s mentor program, you also receive invitations to network events where you meet other mentor pairs and listen to prominent guest speakers.

“A mentor and a coach are not the same thing. A coach is trained in conversation techniques and asks forward-leaning questions to help the client move forward. The coach does not need to have knowledge of the client’s world, whereas the mentor is an operational person working in the business.”
LEADERSHIP COACH
Novare’s Leadership Coaches are experienced leaders with certification or training as coaches, meaning they are educated in conversation techniques. The coach’s goal is to help you reach your full potential and develop your leadership skills. They work to identify your strengths and weaknesses and assist you in creating an action plan to become a more effective and inspiring leader. A leadership coach can provide you with tools to navigate complex situations and make wise decisions.
Novare’s tailored, individual coaching program is designed for both managers and specialists and provides support to handle challenges and make the right priorities, both for yourself, your team, and for the business. The program runs for 6-8 months, during which you work on different themes and a customized action plan over five coaching sessions. Between sessions, it’s up to you to do the work required to reach your goals.

CAREER COACH
Novare’s Career Coaches focus on supporting you in identifying and achieving your professional goals. They help you clarify your goals, find a way forward, and develop a strategy to reach them. A career coach can provide invaluable guidance when facing challenges such as reorganization, termination, or a voluntary change in your career.
Within the Novare Group, there is extensive knowledge in leadership development, coaching, and recruitment. We match you with the right person from Novare who can provide the best possible support based on specific needs and challenges. The results include increased knowledge of the job market and the recruitment process, as well as the development of the individual’s self-confidence and ability to act. The goal of the program is to develop your potential and strengths and to build up energy and motivation to find the way forward, either in line with previous roles or in a new direction.
