We offer a rolling start to the Novares Mentor Program. When you sign up, the process begins by matching you with a suitable mentor, then the mentorship runs for 10 months when you meet your mentor individually.

Develop your leadership skills with a senior mentor

During the Mentor Program, you and your mentor meet face-to-face on a regular basis. These meetings are a chance for you to put prestige, achievement and fears aside for a moment to really explore what is important to you. Our mentors are selected senior business leaders from Novare’s network who represent a wide range of industries and sectors. All are senior leaders with good values and a willingness to share their experiences.

During four interactive workshops, you get the chance to expand your business network and get inspired by keynote speakers about current issues for business and society. We invite Sweden’s foremost leaders and experts to discuss how we relate to, and shape leadership and working life of the future.
