Novare Executive Program is designed for senior executives who want to evolve their leadership and future-proof their business. The program combines cutting-edge insights, interactive learning, and networking with other experienced decision-makers. As part of the Novare Group, we are deeply rooted in the business world, always grounding our content and approach in real-world experience and proven practice.

Our guest speakers include influential leaders, innovators, and experts with extensive operational and strategic backgrounds. To broaden perspectives, we also integrate research and theory, creating space for peer-to-peer learning, workshops, and reflection.

After completing the program, you’ll join the Novare Alumni Network, where you’ll be invited to ongoing events, offering continuous opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and inspiration.

For Senior Executives

This leadership program is designed for senior leaders from a wide range of industries and organizations. Each cohort consists of 15–20 participants, creating a valuable business network enriched by diverse perspectives and experiences. A major strength of the program lies in the network built within the group — a platform for sharing knowledge, inspiring one another, and offering support on leadership challenges, both during and after the program. As part of the admissions process, we connect personally with each participant to ensure a dynamic group of senior leaders.

Program Start Dates

The Novare Executive Program runs twice a year. In September, we bring together a diverse group of participants from a wide range of companies and industries. The February start is primarily aimed at senior leaders representing organizations within the Wallenberg ecosystem, with parts of the program content tailored to address perspectives particularly relevant to this group. Our connection to the Wallenberg sphere comes through our parent company, Novare Human Capital, founded by Investor AB in 2001. Today, FAM is one of Novare’s co-owners.

Program design

The program consists of four modules, including a study trip. Each module features interactive sessions and workshops led by top experts, researchers, and business leaders. Our approach is personal and inclusive, with a strong focus on peer learning, development, and growth. We draw knowledge from academic research, real-world case studies, and insights from influential leadership and business role models. Through discussion, reflection, and collaboration, participants learn together in the full group, in smaller learning pods, and individually. The program is conducted in English. Through exclusive company visits and meetings with forward-thinking leaders and experts, you’ll gain unique insights into how technology, sustainability, and human-centered leadership are driving progress and shaping success. The trip offers an opportunity to broaden your perspectives, deepen your learning, and build strong relationships with other senior leaders who, like you, are helping to shape the future of business.

Petra Wigh, Partner

Petra is a Partner and Senior Learning Expert at Novare Leadership and an ICF-certified coach, with extensive experience in leadership and change management. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from fast-growing startups to large global corporations, making her a sought-after expert in developing individuals, teams, and organizations. At Novare Leadership, Petra is the Business Area Manager for the open program portfolio, overseeing the content and quality of all offerings. Prior to joining Novare Leadership in 2015, she was part of the management team at telecom operator Tre.

Lars Häggström, Senior Advisor
Lars is a Senior Advisor and Senior Learning Expert at Novare Leadership. He is a recognized expert in leadership, culture, and large-scale transformation. His previous roles include serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Stora Enso, Nordea, and Gambro, as well as Senior Advisor at IMD Business School in Switzerland, where he remains active. His international experience includes senior HR roles in the UK and the US for Eli Lilly & Co, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Lars is also a coach for senior executives, focusing on transformation through leadership and culture.
