Strategic Leadership Essentials
In the Novare Executive Program, we address strategic leadership topics with an international perspective and a focus on sustainability. We also turn inward, working on self-leadership and strengths as leaders. The program provides participants with new knowledge and sustainable perspectives on global trends, business strategy, change, and leadership.
Program Design & Start Dates
The Novare Executive Program consists of four interactive modules over seven months. Three modules, lasting 2–3 days each, take place in Stockholm, along with a four-day business trip. The program starts twice a year, with upcoming sessions beginning in September 2025 and February 2026. After completing the program, participants become members of the Novare Alumni Network.
For Senior Executives
The target audience for the Novare Executive Program includes senior executive with approximately 15–20 years of professional experience. The group starting in February, known as the Forum Edition, includes a majority of participants from the Wallenberg sphere’s ecosystem, along with participants from other companies. The group starting in September includes a mix of participants from various sectors, industries, and companies.
