Program Content

This leadership program provides participants with a compass to navigate our complex business landscape. Our ambition is to empower senior leaders with new mindsets, knowledge, and a valuable network to gain the strength to lead sustainable transformation. In the Novare Executive Program – Forum Edition, we work with strategic leadership issues, with an international outlook and a focus on sustainability. We also look inward and work on our self-leadership and strengths as leaders. The program provides participants with a unique network and access to influential leaders and experts as guest lecturers.

Who is the program suitable for?
The target audience is senior leaders or key specialists in the Wallenberg sphere companies. We welcome participants from various industries and companies to enable dynamic and exciting exchanges of experiences.

Program Design

The program consists of four interactive modules. Three modules, 2-3 days each, in Stockholm and a business trip to Northern Sweden to study the sustainable, innovative transformation that is taking place in the region. We mix workshops, experience-sharing, reflection and informal discussions within the group. To each module, we invite top executive leaders and other highly respected experts. Through personal dialogues and fruitful discussions, the participants will gain new knowledge and inspiration. After each module, the participants make a personal action plan.

Get to know the Program Directors

Petra Wigh and Lars Häggström lead the Novare Executive Program together. They both have extensive experience in leadership and change management and are highly appreciated program directors.

Petra Wigh, Program Director
Petra is a senior consultant and certified coach working with Novare’s leadership program. She has a master’s degree in Economics from Uppsala University and extensive experience in leadership and change management from several roles in the Telecom industry and from consulting companies. Petra has led and developed several of our tailor-made leadership programs. With a deep interest and expertise in learning, pedagogy, learning design and digital ways of working, Petra is a sought-after consultant for the development of people and organizations.

Lars Häggström, Program Director
Lars is the founder and CEO of Enable Performance AB and Senior Advisor at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, focusing on driving large-scale change in global organizations. Lars is a recognized expert in leadership, culture and large-scale change. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Stora Enso, Nordea and Gambro. International experience includes HR, sales and marketing roles in the UK and US, including for Eli Lilly & Co. – one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. As a consultant, Lars has supported clients such as DSV, Siemens, Team Tankers and Terre des Hommes. He is also a senior coach for senior managers, focusing on transformation through leadership and culture.
