In collaboration with Grant Thornton, we have developed and delivered several rounds of the leadership program Get Further – a tailored program designed for Grant Thornton Sweden’s future leaders.
Grant Thornton is a global audit and advisory firm that offers tailored services in tax, audit, consulting, and financial services. It is a partner-owned organisation with 1,400 employees in Sweden, spread across 22 local offices. For over 70 years, Grant Thornton has been working alongside Sweden’s entrepreneurs to develop the businesses of tomorrow. Structure and building blocks of the leadership program
The program runs for approximately 10 months, with a combination of in-person meetings (2-3 days/module), shorter digital modules, and business development projects with group work. The group of 25-30 participants consists of talents and leaders from various offices and business areas.
During the in-person meetings, we work with several different building blocks to maximize learning and strengthen internal relationships. Participants meet both internal key figures and external guests who share knowledge and facilitate discussions and group work. We focus on practical leadership training, self-leadership, values, and reflection. After each module, participants create a concrete action plan and involve their managers and colleagues to share the learning.

Through our close collaboration over the years, they have, in a highly effective and precise manner, helped us refine and continuously improve our program to ensure impactful execution.
