Interactive format with a focus on feedback
Eton’s feedback training program for managers consisted of two in-person modules and a digital workshop for around 40 managers. Participants came from Sweden, Germany, England, and the USA. The theoretical foundation of the program was based on research on psychological safety (Edmondson, 1999), neuroleadership, and the SCARF model (Rock, 2006). Throughout the program, participants experimented with various feedback methods in a format called Feedback Lab, where we use experiential training. The methodology is hands-on, combining background and theory with a significant amount of practical exercises and relatable examples. We create a safe environment with reflection and discussion after each exercise. Participants also created an action plan to concretize how they will implement and strengthen the feedback culture within their teams.
Participants rated the feedback training 5.22 out of 6.
