What was the solution?
Together with Cramo, we at Novare Leadership created a program called Cramo LEAD. Seven modules over six months, both physical and digital. The focus was to provide the opportunity to continue developing leadership based on the leaders’ operations, depots, and future goals. Leaders also received an individual coach to delve into situations and issues they faced in their daily work.

What was the result?
The results of Cramo’s investment in leadership are clear in employee surveys, where managers receive generally excellent ratings, and the leadership index continues to rise from already high levels. Leadership has become a central part of the corporate culture and is appreciated by employees. Despite challenges such as tougher times in the industry, Cramo continues to prioritize leadership and aims to inspire others in the industry through their successes.
