Consent to Personal Data Processing – Participants in Novare’s Programs

By submitting the personal data requested from you as a participant, you consent to Novare Leadership Academy AB (hereinafter “Novare” or “we”) processing the information you provide to deliver the various parts of Novare’s programs. To the extent that the information you submit includes sensitive data (e.g. regarding allergies or other health-related information), you also consent to our processing of such data for the stated purpose. You further consent to Novare taking photographs of you (alone or together with others) during the program. These may be used internally or shared with individuals connected to the program, such as consultants, managers, or HR representatives. For external use of photographs, a separate request will be made.

If the program includes travel abroad and the personal data you submit to Novare therefore includes your passport details, you also consent to Novare providing such passport details to travel agencies, relevant authorities, travel companies, and/or hotels.

Upon completion of the program, you will be added to the Novare Alumni Network, which entails the continued storage of your name, contact details, and submitted information to the extent required for us to provide you with all parts of our alumni program.

You may withdraw your consent, in whole or in part, at any time by contacting us at NovareLeadershipAcademy.gdpr@novare.se. As soon as you notify us that your consent is withdrawn, we will delete the personal data covered by your withdrawal. However, if you withdraw your consent for our processing of data that we require to deliver a part of the program, such withdrawal will mean that we are unable to provide you with that particular part of the program.
