Program Content

The Novare Accelerate Program aims to inspire and develop you through the latest tools in self-leadership, leadership, organizational development and business management. You will develop your personal leadership to create power and energy in the operational and strategic work. You will be given the keys to translate vision and strategy into operations and results, and to build sustainable organizations with commitment and energy.

Novares Business Network
As a participant, you will have access to a unique business network with other influential leaders. Through the Novare Leadership Academy, you will meet leaders from different companies and organizations who share their experiences on how we create sustainable, profitable and attractive organizations. After the program, you will become a member of our alumni network with networking events.

Program Design

The program consists of four modules where we highlight four dimensions of leadership from setting direction and vision to leading towards results, getting people on board and daring to lead change. Participants bring their own challenges and dilemmas into the program to train practical leadership skills such as coaching and feedback.

Module 1: Setting Direction
Identify your personal values, motivations and strengths. Work with value-driven leadership towards a specific vision.
Module 2: Know Your Numbers
Learn to lead towards results and profitability with sustainable business models and financial understanding.
Module 3: Leading Through People
Improve your skills in feedback, coaching, diversity and inclusion to lead effective teams.
Module 4. Making It Happen
Develop your leadership skills in change management, long-term learning and courage in decision-making.
Optional add-on: Mentor
You can choose to be supported by your own external mentor for 10 months to deepen your personal development and be invited to additional networking events throughout the year.

More about the program

Who is it for?
The program is aimed at managers and specialists with about 5-12 years of professional experience in the Wallenberg sphere. As a participant, you have drive, an open attitude, a desire to expand your business network and an ambition to grow as a leader. You lead projects, groups or operations.  Examples of roles include manager, team leader, consultant, project manager, entrepreneur and specialist.

Optional add-on: Mentor
You can choose to be supported by your own external mentor who will follow you and inspire you for 10 months. This allows you to extend the program, deepen your personal development and be invited to further networking events throughout the year.

Design of each module:

Workshops led by experts in different fields.
Guest lectures by business leaders sharing their knowledge and leadership experiences.
Concrete tools for self-leadership and processes.
Exercises, reflection and dialog with other participants.

Get to know the Program Director

Sarah Scheller is an appreciated facilitator and course leader. Sarah has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School. Sarah has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development from the non-profit sector. As a course leader at Novare Leadership Academy, she is responsible for learning design, customer relations and facilitation of Novare’s leadership program. She also leads Novare’s mentoring program.
