Program Content

The program consists of four modules in two days, held at Novare’s facilities in central Stockholm. During the meetings, we mix theory with practical exercises and guest lectures by prominent leaders and experts. Participants are given space and support to work on their personal action plan. After the program, you as a participant become part of Novare’s alumni network for continued networking and exchange.

Who is the program suitable for?
The target group is new or aspiring managers, or specialists with informal leadership responsibilities. We welcome participants from different industries and companies to create space for dynamic and exciting exchanges of experiences.

Goals with the program
The aim of the training is to provide you with a toolbox of theory and frameworks to lead both yourself and others in times of change.

Program Design

The program consists of four modules where we highlight four dimensions of leadership from setting direction and vision to leading towards results, getting people on board and daring to lead change. Participants bring their own challenges and dilemmas into the program to train practical leadership skills such as coaching and feedback.

Module 1: Setting Direction
Identify your personal values, motivations and strengths. Work with value-driven leadership towards a specific vision.
Module 2: Know Your Numbers
Learn to lead towards results and profitability with sustainable business models and financial understanding.
Module 3: Leading Through People
Improve your skills in feedback, coaching, diversity and inclusion to lead effective teams.
Module 4. Making It Happen
Develop your leadership skills in change management, long-term learning and courage in decision-making.
Optional add-on: Mentor
You can choose to be supported by your own external mentor for 10 months to deepen your personal development and be invited to additional networking events throughout the year.

Get to know the Program Director!

Sarah Scheller is an appreciated facilitator and course leader. Sarah has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School. Sarah has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development from the non-profit sector. As a course leader at Novare Leadership Academy, she is responsible for learning design, customer relations and facilitation of Novare’s leadership program. She also leads Novare’s Mentor Program.
