Vid behov kan \u00e4ven f\u00e4rdighetstester som numerisk eller verbal f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga ing\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kandidaterna genomf\u00f6r testerna och tr\u00e4ffar d\u00e4refter en assessmentkonsult f\u00f6r en f\u00f6rdjupad intervju. Resultaten sammanst\u00e4lls i ett beslutsunderlag med konsultens rekommendationer, som sedan presenteras f\u00f6r rekryterande chef och HR.<\/p>\n<p>Genom denna process f\u00e5r ni ett objektivt och v\u00e4lgrundat beslutsunderlag &#8211; ett extra perspektiv som \u00f6kar tr\u00e4ffs\u00e4kerheten i rekryteringen och ger kandidaten ett merv\u00e4rde i form av en professionell, oberoende
