strategisk roll i verksamheten. M\u00e5let var att st\u00e4rka HR:s f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att bidra till aff\u00e4rsutveckling, organisationsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och l\u00e5ngsiktigt v\u00e4rdeskapande.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rflyttningen handlade inte bara om nya verktyg eller modeller. Den handlade om att bygga mod, sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende och kapacitet att ta plats i ledningsgrupper och driva people-agendan n\u00e4rmare aff\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">Ett skr\u00e4ddarsytt program f\u00f6r HR-transformation<\/h2>\n<p>Novare Leadership utvecklade HR Business Boost Program tillsammans med Boliden, med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i deras strategi, kultur och syn p\u00e5 ledarskap. Redan i designfasen \u00f6versattes aff\u00e4rsm\u00e5l och \u00f6nskade beteenden till konkret l\u00e4rande och relevanta f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor. Syftet var att st\u00e4rka HRBPs i sin roll och ge dem verktyg, spr\u00e5k och sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende att skapa v\u00e4rde genom ett mer strategiskt och aff\u00e4rsn\u00e4ra arbetss\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Deltagarna bestod av HR Business Partners fr\u00e5n olika delar av organisationen. Fokus l\u00e5g p\u00e5 kunskap, beteenden och den rollf\u00f6rflyttning som st\u00e4rker HR:s bidrag till organisationens utveckling. Varje modul var designad f\u00f6r att ge b\u00e5de ny kunskap, perspektiv och f\u00f6rdjupad reflektion med direkt koppling till deltagarnas vardag och Bolidens aff\u00e4r. Programmet byggde stegvis HRBPs f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att ta en mer strategisk och aff\u00e4rsn\u00e4ra roll.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Fr\u00e5n l\u00e4rande till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrat beteende<\/h4>\n<p>En central del av programmet var att synligg\u00f6ra vad rollf\u00f6rflyttningen innebar \u2013 mentalt, emotionellt och praktiskt. Att g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n en mer specialiserad HR-roll till en strategisk HR Business Partner kr\u00e4ver inte bara ny kunskap, utan ocks\u00e5 vilja, mod och trygghet att bidra till aff\u00e4ren p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r var l\u00e4rmilj\u00f6n avg\u00f6rande.
