och sm\u00f6rjsystem, hade ett tydligt m\u00e5l att accelerera sin aff\u00e4rstrategi och transformationsinsatser genom att st\u00e4rka sina ledare i att driva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Det seniora mentorskapet har varit ett fantastiskt s\u00e4tt att l\u00e4ra sig och dela best praxis om &#8217;ledande transformation&#8217;. Det inkluderade en plan b\u00e5de f\u00f6r personlig ledarskapsutveckling och f\u00f6r respektive aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5de med syftet att skr\u00e4ddarsy varje utvecklingsresa baserat p\u00e5 varje individs unika utmaningar p\u00e5 marknaden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Acceleration-events &amp; fabriksbes\u00f6k<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra fr\u00e5n andra bolag och branscher och utbyta b\u00e4sta praxis planerades fabriksbes\u00f6k och efterf\u00f6ljande workshops f\u00f6r utbyte. Atlas Copco, Electrolux Professionals och SAAB valdes ut f\u00f6r fabriksbes\u00f6ken baserat p\u00e5 olika lyckade transformationsresor f\u00f6r respektive fabriker. Grunden f\u00f6r mentormatchningen var att hitta seniora chefer med erfarenhet av liknande transformationsresor inom strategiaccelerering och\/eller fabrikstransformation. Novare Leadership tillg\u00e4nglighet till ett globalt n\u00e4tverk av seniora ledare blev centralt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till matchning f\u00f6r \u00f6msesidigt erfarenhetsutbyte.
