Three external mentors, carefully selected senior CFOs from Novare\u2019s network, supported the participants throughout the program. During the sessions, we discussed the future CFO role, self-leadership, communication, and change management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What was the result?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe result was that participants gained new tools, inspiration, and increased self-awareness in their roles. The program balanced hard and soft topics, focusing on both leadership development and equipping us with the tools to tackle the future challenges of CFOs. Novare was attentive to our needs throughout the program. Before each module, we were prepared with pre-work, which set the stage for productive dialogues during the sessions. Discussions on trends were paired with a deeper understanding of self-leadership, communication, and change management.
