The group of 25-30 participants consists of talents and leaders from various offices and business areas.<\/p>\n<p>During the in-person meetings, we work with several different building blocks to maximize learning and strengthen internal relationships. Participants meet both internal key figures and external guests who share knowledge and facilitate discussions and group work. We focus on practical leadership training, self-leadership, values, and reflection.
