NAVIGATING TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Today’s sustainability-related challenges and opportunities require companies to challenge their ways of working and set new goals. Sustainability is no longer an isolated issue – it is the very foundation of a successful and responsible business. This calls for leaders and boards with the knowledge, willingness, and determination to lead their organizations towards a sustainable future.
In the Novare Sustainability Program, we aim to equip participants with the latest knowledge and best practices in various aspects of sustainability. We invite distinguished guest speakers from the business world and experts who share facts, valuable knowledge, and practical experiences of driving sustainable transformation in their organizations and boards.
EXPERIENCE THE GREEN TRANSITION IN NORTHERN SWEDEN
A significant part of the program takes place in northern Sweden – known as “Sweden’s Silicon Valley” – where we’ll have the opportunity to experience and learn from the green transition taking place in the region. The transition in northern Sweden is one of the driving forces behind Europe’s sustainable transformation. It’s a unique position from which all leaders can draw lessons and actively contribute to.
SUSTAINABILITY – EVERY LEADER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The Novare Sustainability Program is tailored for senior leaders, specialists, and board members aiming to deepen their knowledge and insights in the field of sustainability. We believe that sustainability issues can no longer be confined to the responsibility of just the sustainability director; instead, it must engage all leaders and employees in an organization or board. Through this program, you will gain updated knowledge to future-proof your organization. Additionally, you’ll build a valuable network with other experienced leaders who share the ambition to actively contribute to the sustainable transition.

Over four filled days, we will have the opportunity to see how companies, academia, and society collaborate to create new innovative solutions – and the challenges they face. Major issues on the agenda include reducing climate impact from industries, the need for green energy, biodiversity, attracting personnel with relevant expertise, cross-sector collaborations, and balancing future-proofing industries while preserving nature and historical values.
