Our tailored, individual leadership program designed for both managers and specialists. Participants meet a certified leadership coach and follows a program to help develop their leadership skills and find their own leadership style.
Many more ambitious people see the value of a personal trainer to get stronger and feel better. Our personal trainers in leadership work in much the same way – we help managers and specialists leverage their development and achieve their full potential.

Leadership coaching that concentrates on your individual goals and leadership challenges
The program starts with one of our trained leadership coaches identifying your specific leadership profile, challenges and goals. Then we conduct a 6 to 8 month program with five coaching sessions covering different themes and a tailored plan of action. The leadership coach provides participants with practical tools, presents challenging questions, and tracks the plan of action. Between the sessions, it’s up to you as participant to do the work necessary to achieve your objectives and exceptional results!
The flexible planning helps fill your hectic daily activities
We know that finding the time to prioritize your personal development can be difficult. This program is designed for driven individuals with overfull planning calendars. Planning for the program is flexible – where participants decide for themselves when the timing is right to start and when to schedule each of the approximately two hour sessions to fit their own planning.
