As an Investment Associate at Valedo, you will be an integral part of the investment team, involved in every stage of the investment process—from identifying and evaluating potential investments to actively supporting and developing our portfolio companies. You will gain early exposure to deal execution, giving you the opportunity to rapidly develop your skills and knowledge in a highly stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation of target companies.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the execution of add-on acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.

Who You Are:

• 6-24 months of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong academic background with a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and investing in small and medium-sized companies.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, yet able to work independently when needed.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
