About the Role
As an HR Generalist with HRIS focus you will work closely with the People & Culture team in the European organization driving change and growth. Your focus will be on creating business value through Trustly’s current HR systems and to support in work relating to employment contracts and other administrative processes. You will ensure that Trustly builds scalable processes, policies and solutions that runs smoothly. Together with the team you will project lead and execute on the People agenda supporting the organization towards company set goals.
You will be part of a tight team that works closely with colleagues in all departments to attract, retain and develop top talents in a tech savvy environment and who always strive to develop the business and cultivate a workplace that helps everyone to thrive together. The position is based in Stockholm and reports to Director People & Culture.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the People Team in the day-to-day maintenance ensuring all relevant HR systems reflect the organization across Europe
- Continuously work towards identifying improvements on how they use the systems to better the employee lifecycle and the processes to increase business value
- Act as the main contact towards external HR system providers
- Maintain high quality master data (correct and relevant data at all times) & ensure data integrity
- Provide the People Team and organization with People analytics to promote effective decision-making
- Support HRBPs with administrational tasks relating to employment contracts, policies, initiate on-boardings etc.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you have 3+ years of experience from a similar role managing HR-systems and administration, as well as handling employee and organizational data. We believe you have a proven track record of driving processes forward and hands-on ownership of end-to-end project management with good business understanding. Further on you have strong business acumen and interest with a strategic and strong analytical mindset, and proven stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships. You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and have the ability to anticipate issues and come up with solutions increasing business value. Last but not least you have great communication skills – fluency in English is a must, Swedish is a plus.
