OX2’s IT-organization is growing, and we are now hiring an Integration Lead to be part of the exciting journey that we have ahead of us. You will play an important part in evaluating and implementing a robust integration platform and standards in an environment comprising both internal and external delivery.
About the position
OX2 is expanding geographically into new markets and with new technologies which necessitates reviewing and developing innovative solutions. Currently, OX2 has a hybrid environment with mainly cloud-based infrastructure services but also some key on-prem solutions. As an Integration Lead, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by bridging the gap between our various systems and external partners.
The Integration Lead is part of the IT team, a team that is growing. This is a new role in IT and involves close collaboration with the rest of the IT organization as well as key business stakeholders and suppliers. You will report to the Manager of Infrastructure (IT/OT).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Further develop OX2’s Integration strategy and principles
- Act as an advisor on technology/method movements in both the short and long term
- Evaluate technical choices and create recommendations and action plans
- Manage IT Partners who develop integrations on behalf of OX2 and secure they comply with the Integration strategy and principles
- Create structures and processes for efficient delivery and optimized integration management
- Own the Integration roadmap and backlog and collaborate with IT Product owners regarding prioritization and period planning
- Secure capacity to develop and manage new and existing integrations on the Azure platform. Steer development work in the FME server platform
- Secure monitoring of integrations and secure SLAs are met
- Execute decisions and actively prioritize tasks in the area of integration
- Participate in mapping and act as an advisor on master data
- Advise the Business Partners and Product Owners in integration matters

We want to hire someone who has genuine interest and documented experience in leading the development of smart and effective integrations. A prerequisite for the job is that you have broad technical competence. Preferably you are software developer at the core, with a solid understanding of integrations and some architecture. As an Integration Lead you have a key role in realizing and further developing OX2's strategies in the area of integration. In addition, you have:
- Several years of experience working with integrations, in similar roles such as Integrations lead, Integrations specialist, System developer or similar.
- Experience working with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid etc) and API-based integrations. Experience from working with FME server is meriting.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as: JavaScript, C#, Json, Python or PowerShell.
- Experience in designing data flows between systems
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (minimum requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
