With Kitte, Dramaten gains a highly experienced, driven, and visionary CEO. She has the right qualifications to, together with Artistic Director Mattias Andersson, strengthen and develop Dramaten&#8217;s prominent position in the performing arts,&#8221; says Raoul Gr\u00fcnthal, Chairman of the Board at Dramaten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kitte Wagner has extensive leadership experience in the cultural sector in both Denmark and Sweden. She has served as CEO of N\u00f8rrebro Teater and, prior to that, spent ten years as a dramaturge and project manager at Betty Nansen Teatret. She has also been active in several advisory boards for Denmark\u2019s Ministry of Culture and currently serves as a board member for the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen. Kitte holds a Master\u2019s degree in Communication and Dramaturgy from Roskilde University. Since 2016, she has been the CEO and Artistic Director of Malm\u00f6 Stadsteater.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In recent years, Dramaten has solidified its position as a leading European ensemble theater. To be part of that development in a shared leadership with Mattias Andersson and alongside all the incredible colleagues at the theater is truly a dream.
