Together, we create a detailed job profile outlining the required qualifications. Next, we begin mapping potential candidates. About two weeks later, we conduct a calibration meeting with the client to review and refine the candidate pool. Afterward, we conduct interviews and, within approximately two weeks, present a shortlist of candidates for client interviews.
