Together, we develop a detailed job description that serves as a guiding framework throughout the entire recruitment process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Search and Mapping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While conducting the analysis, we simultaneously map potential candidates by exploring relevant industries and adjacent sectors. We leverage Novare&#8217;s extensive network to identify the most qualified individuals for the role.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>In-Depth Interviews &amp; Assessments<\/strong><br \/>\nOur consultants and researchers conduct detailed interviews. Additionally, Novare offers psychometric assessments, facilitated by licensed psychologists and professional search consultants who work with tailored assessments focused on personality and leadership. Licensed psychologists, as an added service. These assessments provide a comprehensive understanding of each candidate\u2019s personality, potential, motivations, and leadership abilities, ensuring we evaluate both qualifications and the deeper qualities that contribute to success in the role and your organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentation<\/strong><br \/>\nWe present a selection of the most qualified candidates who align with the job profile and whom we recommend for client interviews.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference Check<\/strong><br \/>\nWe conduct thorough reference checks on the candidate the client wishes to hire. Together, we create a detailed job profile outlining the required qualifications. Next, we begin mapping potential candidates. About two weeks later, we conduct a calibration meeting with the client to review and refine the candidate pool. Afterward, we conduct interviews and, within approximately two weeks, present a shortlist of candidates for client interviews.
