Jens is a Senior Researcher in the Industry team and primarily works with CEO assignments, as well as other positions within supply chain, manufacturing, and B2B services. Furthermore, Jens is often involved in CFO recruitments. He has many years of experience in executive search and interim management. Before joining Novare, Jens worked at Nordic Interim and Heidrick & Struggles. He also has experience working as an economist within the forest industry. Jens holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics.
