Her work covers the whole search and recruitment process, and she also provides leadership support and other consultancy services within related areas such as Talent Management, Employer Branding, 2nd opinion, Process development, Interview methodology, Group development, and Competence inventory. Prior experience includes work at Alumni and Dfind IT. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Sciences.
