Viktor is a Partner & Senior Consultant in the Industry & GreenTech team, specializing in the recruitment of CEOs, executive positions, middle management, and specialists, primarily in industry, production, and finance. Viktor has many years of experience working with both Executive Search and recruitment, both as a consultant and in line positions. He most recently held the role of Head of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition at SAS. Viktor is certified in the use of various personality and skills assessments and holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Uppsala University.
