Tobias is a Partner, Senior Consultant, and head of the Novare Executive Search Tech team. Tobias has worked in recruitment and assessment since 2004, primarily at the board and executive level. Before joining Novare, he worked at Amrop, Proximo, and most recently at Burro Advisors, which he co-founded in 2016. Tobias holds dual degrees in economics and behavioral science and is certified in psychometric testing by Psykologisk Metod and in board work by Styrelseakademin.
