Sofia has broad experience, ranging from executive recruitment to specialist roles within both large publicly listed companies and start-ups. Before joining Novare in 2017, she worked with recruitment and research in finance, sales, marketing, and HR at Adecco. Sofia holds a degree in Business Economics from Lund University.
