Partner and Senior Consultant within the consumer team. Primarily works with executive recruitment and leadership assessments at the C-level. Mattias also leads Novare Sports and provides advisory services and Executive Search within sports and elite athletics. He has extensive experience in Executive Search and has previously worked at Korn Ferry International and as a partner at AIMS International Sweden. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics with a focus on Japanese from the University of Gothenburg.
