Karin is a senior researcher with broad experience in recruitment, both as a consultant and in corporate environments. In her role at Novare Executive Search’s Industry & GreenTech team, she focuses on developing business and networks within energy, renewable energy, green technology, and sustainability. Karin has worked globally with talent acquisition and has built TA functions in start-up and scale-up phases. She is an experienced advisor on challenges related to both growth and downsizing, helping organizations identify and develop strong leadership. Karin holds a degree in behavioral science from Uppsala University.
