Helene is a Senior Consultant in the Industry & GreenTech team, where she recruits managers and senior specialists for manufacturing companies in development and change phases, focusing on the manufacturing industry, technology companies, and B2B services. She is also responsible for Novare’s female leadership network. Helene has worked in executive recruitment for many years and has experience from companies such as Dufwa Leadership, Acconia, Proximo, and Talentia. Helene holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a degree in Social Work from Lund University, and she is trained in Step 1 of Psychotherapy.
