We convey a clear picture of your organization and culture, which we use when engaging with candidates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Planning\n<p>We always work in project teams, assigning multiple resources to each assignment, typically pairing a client manager with a recruiter. Team members are carefully selected based on their prior experience in the relevant industry and job fields related to the recruitment or staffing assignment.<\/li>\n<li>How we attract candidates\n<p>We begin our work proactively, even before recruitment for employees or consultants formally starts. Novare Bemanning offers a competitive edge through our unique approach, which includes training packages for our consultants and tailored support from our recruitment consultants.<\/li>\n<li>During the recruitment process\n<p>We conduct searches, advertise positions, hold interviews, perform reference checks, and administer tests upon request to match the right candidates to the role.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up\n<p>We maintain close relationships with our candidates, consultants, and clients, fostering an active feedback culture.
